I rate this fairly highly based upon its obvious good construction. The only thing I would add is a pair of washers to go under the nut to act as thrust washers.

This tool was bought to disassemble a stock KLR650 shock. Nope, ain't gonna happen. The KLR shock is built wrong for this tool (or vice versa, I suppose).

I will be trying it out on my other shocks, where it looks like it will work.
