As far as the seller is concerned they exceeded my expectations. It arrived fast with all the parts necessary to complete the project at almost half the cost of anyone else selling the exact item. The product is also exactly what they claimed it was. It is quality made as are most kuryakyn products. Apparently size does matter. Two inches isn't as much of a difference as I hoped it would be. I guess I will have to break down and get highway pegs or a seat that allows me to sit back further. But for the price compared to completely replacing the controls it was worth the gamble.
