First I work at a scooter shop as a full time Tech. Piston clearance on a Gy6 is minimum 0.004" recommended. The piston to Cylinder clearance on the set you sold me was 0.0005" way to tight. The Cylinder must be honed 0.0035" to achieve the proper minimum clearance then I will fit the rings. I wanted a drop in kit that didn't require work before installation. If the clearance is not redone to Spec. the parts will self-destruct in less than 10 miles. My kit was honed then installed The scooter ran great and had good power.
