One-piece riser clamp is CNC-machined from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum with a natural finish. Has three 1/4 x 20 setscrews in the top to keep handlebars from slipping once installed. Large wire reliefs for internal wires. Designed with extra internal clearance for bikes with added switches. Required when using a Bagger Nation handlebar on 07 and earlier H-D Touring models. FOR MOST 84-13 MODELS WITH 31/2 ON-CENTER RISERS AND OFFSET MOUNTING HOLES.

The clamp is nice, very sturdy and I'm sure it's the perfect match for Yaffe's bars, but after I purchased this I searched some forums and found a lot of folks simply use the stock HD one piece clamp. In my case, my '99 had a two piece clamp, so I could not re-use stock. Later I visited my local HD used parts store and found used stock one piece clamps for under $15. Had I known, I would have bought one of the used clamps and put the savings in to something else.
