I bought this kit after buying foot pegs with heel rests by VTWINN so everything would match and if I have a passenger,they can have the same vibration free foot hold that I have.The shifter peg went on with no issues,though I did put some black rtv on the threads before tightening them down.The foot pegs went in easily after I lined the spacer up right and now everything is perfect.There was about 1/8 of the threads sticking out of the back of the shifter,but anybody who sees that just got run over.Very cool fit,form,and function-so glad I went with these and saved $50 a peg over that brand that starts with a K.
