The good:

I decided visibility is a huge factor for me. After looking at gloves for weeks, I decided to get these. I took them out for a ride today and I could not believe how great these gloves are. They look much better in person than in the picture. You can really feel the air flowing through the gloves. They are extremely comfortable, they reduce felt vibration, and the seams inside the glove don't bother me at all. There are no stress points that I can feel and I don't feel like any of my fingers are getting jammed into the glove while riding like I did with a couple other gloves I tried. I wear a large, ordered a large, and the fit was perfect.

The "OK":

These would not make good winter gloves and the amount of protection given by these gloves is probably more given in visibility than in slide and impact protection. These gloves are also not going to keep rain out, but I knew all this when I bought them.

I'm not disappointed and I plan to buy more stuff from Icon.

UPDATE as of 5/24/2013:
I recently bought a hi-viz joe rocket jacket. The joe rocket jacket is closer to a real hi-vis color. These gloves are not actually hi-vis. I still have no complaints, but they don't match.
