I was surprised to learn that the order came from Canada, but Canada Post coordinated well with USPS and the order was delivered to Puerto Rico without a hitch. The Priority Mail tracking worked quite well for both postal systems. The fenders are shipped deflated, but almost everyone has a battery jumper system with a tire inflator these days. An inflation needle is included with each fender. BTW, it is much easier to get a line through the center hole when the fender is deflated.

I rigged a fender horizontally behind the swim platform which is not visible from the flybridge and has already seen hard contact by the previous owner(s). I will probably order more fenders from this vendor very shortly.
