I'm 5'-10" and 150 lbs and bought a size 44; fits very nicely and somewhat snug with the liner in which was perfect for the huge snowstorm that dumped 2 ft of snow this weekend. The arms are a little long and cover half my palms but that's good coverage when reaching out to the handlebars. Tons of zippers and pockets, good weight without being heavy, and best of all looks like a normal cold weather jacket and not biker gear despite the integrated shoulder and elbow protection. Should be great for spring, fall and winter whether riding or not. Very classic and stylish imo.

An update on my review - having worn it a couple of times, I realized size 44 is too baggy in width for my slight frame (length seems ok, but too loose especially if not wearing the interior liner), so exchanged it for a size 42 and fits much better (hard to tell sometimes since I've got Alpinestars and Scorpion jacket sizes that are both 46). If you're 170-190 lbs and over 5'-11 then the size 44 is for you.
