As someone else said, too bad the center part is not padded with some sponge/silicone/whatever.
Because of this it was not as comfy as expected and is not increasing the comfort level by too much.
True, we were riding a Honda Shadow ACE and it came with a Corbin stinger seat ( [...] ), the most selfish seat I've seen :)

The trip was 10 days long and had to start it 2 hours after receiving the product, so didn't have time to think about improving it at home. But after the first 2 days of complains I decided I should improvise a bit on road, so I injected 6 tubes of silicone (~40$) in the central part of the cushion.

Unfortunately I was too cheap when selecting the silicone (the silicone with 2hr curing time was 12$ per tube instead of 7$ I paid for unknown curing time) and/or due to the fact there is no air flow inside the cushion, the silicone didn't get cured until the end of the trip. This meant that, under the weight and especially due to the road bumps, the silicone was really eager to get out of the cushion through the hole I made (even if, I thought about this possibility and made the smallest possible hole and taped it thoroughly with gorilla adhesive tape).
Then, when entering a really hot weather (Yosemite in August!), it even started to squeeze-out a bit at the seams around the central part of the cushion.

So the upside of my improvisation was that the passenger was really happy (she was actually happier than me, and I was the one initiating the stops for getting the numbness out of my bottom part). Due to the fact the silicone was fluid, she could arrange it and push it around to the more uncomfortable areas on the go, and this was excellent.

The downside was that I had to redo applying gorilla tape all over the seams and the hole I made, at the begging of each new day trip, especially in the hot weather when the glue from gorilla tape became more fluid instead of curing.

But, without the improvisation, we definitely would have cut the trip short.
Anyway, I might make some pics and "release" an improved version soon, this time benefiting from the tools at home and the unlimited thinking / trial & error time. If anyone interested lemme know and I'll post them on here:[...]
