Arlen Ness Big Sucker Stage II Air Filter Kit - Satin Backing Plate - Red Filter 18-804 Review

I'll get my nit picking out of the way first. The installation instructions that come with this filter are terrible. I am mechanically inclined, albeit my experience is in the automotive industry, not so much with motorcycles, but a nut, is a nut, is a nut. Anyways, the wording they use to describe some parts should be better, or at the very least, the instructions should show the parts in a picture with a label under them so you know what they're talking about. Currently it is just a list saying "your filter comes with the following", and it's just a long list of a bunch of parts. Pictures on the instruction sheet are minimal and poor quality at best.

Ok, enough of my griping, the filter once I figured everything out went out easily, tightened everything up and not only does it look great on my 2013 Iron (Harley Sportster), but it sounds great as well. I opted for a plain black cover and it compliments my bike and exhaust nicely.

The Arlen Ness filters come highly recommended, I recommend them as well now!
