Pros:
+It doubles as a backpack - it comes with backpack straps, so you can just take it off the bike and wear it wherever you're going. Definitely useful.
+As in the description, it comes with two tank bags, one big and one small. You can use either of them independently or zip them together for a monstrous amount of carrying capacity - probably bigger than your average saddlebag.
+It has a pass-thru for a hydration sack (Camelbak). I'll probably never use this feature, but neat nonetheless.
+It has a pass-thru for your headphones. Neat.
+I haven't actually used the waterproof cover yet, but it looks . . . well, waterproof. I have faith in it.
+The material and construction looks VERY sturdy. I have no concerns about this bag's longevity.
+It has see-through top compartments for a phone, your GPS, and a map. Nice.

Cons:
I only have one con for this item. I bought the strap-based model (not magnetic), as my tank is plastic. Here is how it works: You slip one strap under your seat and affix it to something, and you loop the other (double ended) strap around your triple tree, or something else at the front of the tank. Then, you lay the tank pad down, zip the tank bag to it, and buckle the tank bag down to the straps through little loops in the tank pad. I have a few gripes about this method:
1) The tank pad will only stay on if you have a tank bag on your bike. It would be nice to just leave the tank pad on all the time, and just be able to zip up your tank bag to it and go. Nope, no dice.
2) There is no gas cap hole in the tank pad. This means you have to unbuckle the tank pad/bag entirely in order to fill up, instead of just unzipping the tank bag from the pad and removing the bag. Not a very smart design.

All in all:
Definitely worth the money. It's just about the biggest tank bag out there, definitely in this price range. I feel like I could put it through hell and it would come out the other side without a mark. Plenty of cool bonus features, marred only by some woes about how the nonmagnetic model is strapped to the tank.
