I bought this little filter, pulled out the paper filter with a flat blade screwdriver, lubed up the edges of this filter with the included grease, and it slid right in. Easy.

As a bonus, this seems to be the lowest price anywhere as of today (02 Feb 2012).

Until Twin Motorcycles comes out with a better flowing air box design, this is what you want.
