I had these handlebars put on my 2009 HD Ultra Classic and I could not be happier. I was looking for a handlebar that was higher and that also came back so that I could sit more upright and keep my back straight. These cars worked out perfectly. The stock handle bars are just plain no good. They are to low and to far forward and I am 6' 1". So after having these bars put on I have made a 4000 mile road trip out to Yellowstone and was comfortable. Last year making the trip out to Sturgis with the stock bars was difficult, and that was what made my decision to switch from the stock bars.

I also like the fact that with these bars it puts your hands and wrist in a straight position. The back of you hand is facing totally up and not on an angle. The stock harley bars seems like you are holding onto a wheel barrow. With stock your hands are at an angle with the back of your hand facing to the side and your wrist is forced to be at an angle as well. Not very good for blood flow and possible making your hands feel like they are going to sleep.

Get these bars if you want a more upright sitting position with the bars coming further back as well as a few inches higher. Having your hands and arms at a more relaxed position will allow more ride time with a lot less fatigue. Now just have to find a good seat that will allow more comfort as with my arms and hands.
